A Masters Degree holder in Electronics, having 48 years of
experience in the field of Defence Electronics and Aerospace/ Space
industry. He has worked with premier public sector electronic giants
(Bharat Electronics- Radar Division) as well as Private Sector
companies (English Electric-Marconi Division) for over 28 years in
various responsible positions. He has specialized in the field of
Microwave Radio and Satellite Communication. A visionary, his sheer
instinct to innovate and adapt to the emerging technologies in
Communications and Remote Sensing has been crucial in steering and
motivating the group towards greater challenges. He ventured out to
start this group in 1985 with representation from Marconi. |
Mrs. MEENAL N. SOOD, HEAD
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

An engineer specialized in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Starting her career as a production executive, she was responsible
for technology transfer from Filtronics for Ferrite Core Circulators
and Isolators. She joined this organization in 1989 and is
responsible for sale of Defence and Aerospace Subsystems etc., to
Indian customers. Currently she is the Head of International Sales
Division. |
Mr. ALOK SOOD, C.O.O
An engineer majoring in the field of Electricals and Electronics
Engineering from BITS Pilani. Prior to joining the group has worked
as the CEO of the country’s
first and the largest email service
provider, DART and a financial information giant. He founded and
was the COO of an outsourced game development company. He joined the
organization in 1995 and founded the IT networking division of the
group. Currently as a COO, he is responsible for the operational
management of the Engineering Services Division and has been weaving
the thread of belongingness among the employees of the company,
which has
reflected in our consistent growth and low attrition.
