Sales Operations Associate
NKRF is a CEMILAC certified and space qualified growing manufacturer of RF cable assemblies, wire harnesses and fibre optic assemblies. We are India’s only manufacturer of spaceworthy and airworthy cable assemblies and are exporting to several defence & space programs in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We have grown 2x since 2024 and expect to grow 2x by 2027. We are looking for individuals who want to fast track their career in a growth-oriented company.
Job Summary
Manage enquiry-to-order cycle, tendering, CRM updates and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Update & maintain NKRF CRM system with inputs from all sales people, capturing important details like customer info and specifications.
- Create and upload tender documents covering commercial documentation; manage queries through portals (BEL SRM, GEM, HAL, DRDO – LRDE, CASDIC).
- Customer management: prepare and send negotiation emails, request bid extensions, clarify commercial & technical terms independently.
- Maintain a list of high value and important enquiries to process on priority.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned, including data entry and report generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in entry-level commercial sales operations roles such as tendering engineer, analyst, or order operations.
- Work Ethic: High commitment to learning, attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Logical reasoning & basic mathematical ability; strong English reading and writing skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
- Qualifications: BSc, BCom from Tier-1 National College OR B. Eng (circuit branch) from Karnataka colleges.
